The education allowance has never kept pace with the varkey group. Specifically JPS. At best the education allowance goes up a full year after the JPS increase. And then it is usually based on the Jess fee, which is a not for profit school. I'm sure it is purely coincidental that MF has been on the board of Jess for many years.
