I feel slightly disappointed on this development, especially when the first interview can be a rather tense affair. For my case, I think my nerves got the better of me. I also tend to be a little conservative in my answers for fear of coming across as being arrogant.
What happened at your first interviews? Who (as in HR or cockpit crew) interviewed you?
Slightly disappointed in what sense? With yourself? Or do you think 3 attempts is not generous enough on SIA's part?
