The September 2001 visual flight guide (vfg) is a little package of dynamite, it can be obtained through CASA and i think its free, roughly same size as ERSA. It has everything you need to know, i was having a flick through it last nite in prep for my CPL and there is a couple of pages that have the definition and differences between all the maps......but as for the CAO's R's and so on im not too sure, it could have, like i said i was only flicking.
