Would they be able if it is Southend to bring back the good old days when this airport was buzzing??
With the likes of good old Channel Airways with the apron full of there aircraft.
It would not be the same though with a lare fleet of Dash 8 400s sitting on the apron for blasting off to sunnier climes or some where else first thing every morning though??
If this is the case at least they are trying in areas that need some support,
