Thats a good question, one I ask myself often.
What I wonder is why a paying customer would want to board an aircraft that is maintained by angry engineers, crewed by hostile hosties and worst, flown by pilots who feel totally undermined professionally and who really are wondering where there future is?

wow, that just about sums up all of my thoughts in one. It seems mr Dixon has very, very short vision. At least he sees all the way to his retirement (only matter of months), and sees the bonuses he can get between now and then, leave someone else to do the mopping.
