Unfortunatly it changed this year. And you have no rights to fly in IMC SEP on a multi crew IR.
You must get an IMC issued which will cost you money and also a flight check. And keep it valid.
The new Lasors had the changes in it. The old CAA licenses have inbuilt rights which arn't changed. If you have a JAR license your knackard.
The changes apparently are due to the lack of partial panel work in the multi crew LPC. After an accident the powers that be decided to change the rules after it was determined that the lack of partial panel work had been a factor in the crash.
