Thats a good question, one I ask myself often.
What I wonder is why a paying customer would want to board an aircraft that is maintained by angry engineers, crewed by hostile hosties and worst, flown by pilots who feel totally undermined professionally and who really are wondering where there future is?
Ask yourself that when your down the back next.
There are some angry pilots there and two stuck in a box together, well, there not talking about their rosy futures on the 787 are they?
