GD started his reign with a lot of luck. The Ansett collapse, bargain priced aircraft after 9/11 all ready to go. Employees on side willing to help out at EBA time, feeling good about crappy little bonus's
Now he's got everybody off side. No co operation from the employees, job cuts, pitting one group against subsidised other groups,etc. And now the luck runs out. Fuel prices are through the roof and are going to stay there. He better get used to it. Lets see how his luck holds out now.
But he has the ultimate get-out-of- jail card. Take that huge payout and p*ss off and leave the problem to somebody else.
Politicians do it when in power, why not GD.
