Dunno about Abu Dhabhi.. Was in Dubai a month ago on vacation and went to Emirates Aviation Services ( near Terminal 2 ) and took a pleasure flight. I recommend you visit them....
Fyi, they charged me Dhs 550 for an hour long pleasure flight which was worth it .. Seeing the palm islands, marina and the burj al arab from 2000 feet was amazing :o)
