Ah well, another airfield crossed off the list of places to go to again in future!
I accept that we all have our own definition of the word "fair", and I don't mind paying a fair landing fee, based on the facilities I want and/or need. However, almost £20 with the VAT taken into account to land a PA-28 doesn't strike me as particularly fair when I'm out for a Sunday afternoon jolly - especially when I neither need nor want facilities like a "terminal building" which has pretentions of handling commercial air services...
