I dont mean to sound rude here, but you have been through the interview, and been offered the job, and you still dont know of the salary and basic rostering procedures?.
These are the sort of things I would find out before I even apply, let alone after being offered the job.
You should always do your homework first, because you may find you dont like the way a company operates.
