If I think of the scenario, there's no way I would have had a job here a year ago. The size and type of operation is the typical "be able to provide reference within the establishment" job. Just to see that these employers will hire a low houred complete stranger to both company and culture is a great confidence booster and should act as such towards other fresh license holders! I'm not local in any way, I flew in from Sweden last morning and since then have been shuttled around in various staffcars. Everything has been sorted out it seems so I'll just be in for the ride from now on
