You keep saying that YYZ but three of us in this thread have been charged and it states that there is a charge on the website. They happily took my money over the phone on Tuesday. In fact when you book yourself into Stage 2 it is made clear that your booking is provisional and dependent on them receiving a cheque for £164.50 within 5 days.
Has there been some misunderstanding? I could really do with that money back at the mo'!
(And I am referring to Stage 2 of the ATP, should there be any doubt).
EDIT: YYZ, if you do have information to the contrary, could you share it? Either here or by PM? I'm a bit miffed at having to pay when my Stage 2 entry is off the back of an application from a couple of months ago, before they started charging.
