I support some form of "capping" that will limit the number of trips available to an individual but still allows the MAJORITY some choice.
An ability to swap trips [put trips in a "bucket" and take out others] without interference from Ops [as is available the other airline crew] would also be constructive.
What EXACTLY do you propose as an alternative the the present system?
Oh BTW.
The bidding system gives me nothing that I bid for and have no children to support.
