It is very common too for ab-initio pilots coming out from SIA cadet program to fly RHS on A320 (Silkair), B777 or B747 with about 200-250 hrs. It is their luck to be given such oppurtunity compare to other pilots in other place who weren't in the program but may clock more hours.

.there is agancy bring expats to Malaysia and convert their license at MFA and after converting their license to Malaysian ATPL work in the Air Asia B737 F/O or A320 F/O.Check this out men.
