If the said rostering chap was PW, I have to say, I have never met a fairer more honest bloke, who does his best to juggle all the hand-grenades management and trainers throw at him. They are under resourced and under paid and have a cr*p job to do. At the risk of not supporting one of our own (and I definitely do not know the details of what happened) PW is almost certainly more valuable than any TC, as the training department would probably implode without his continuous massaging of schedule, due to the reactionary way we do business. And after all the company has shown just how disposable and replaceable TC's are
