i never said i was interested in a full time position
i like the flexibility of picking which 10 days a month I want to do. (am on contract a) I took the job knowing its casual, and am not interested in working full time. Yes there are those that desperately want full time, we all hear it from them all the time. These people took this job as it is the only way they are able to fly for QF mainline. Don't hold it against me or others because its casual, thats the companies decision, not ours. I am sure if you ask around, many will say they like the flexibility of their contracts. however those coming onto contract (c) will have no flexibility what so ever. Personally I would not take that contract, but again its up to the individual, and how much they really want to fly.
