What has happened is that Offshore Logistics (OLOG), has been renamed Bristow Group International (BGI). The structure remains the same, it's just the name that changed. Air Logistics are owned by BGI outright, so are Pan African. BGI own (unless things have changed) 49 % of Bristow among others.
As for admin and conditions let's see what gets posted. I have heard things are going to improve, partly because of the retention problem. But this is a rumour forum !!
