We have a holding pool for people who have attended interviews, have passed and are awaiting training courses.
Why would we waste time effort and money recruiting just to "fob people off" with a no????????????
We may also be in the situation where people have been offered a job but have turned it down or who have not passed the Initial Course for whatever reason so maybe thats why we are still recruiting.
Also as a chater airline we pick up extra contracts as well as Thomson flying so our requirements change!
