From what I gather the recruitment and training followed by Temp employment is a rolling programme so if you are waiting to start it will probably mean that you will go on into winter. Any Cabin Crew comment on that? FWIW, the difference in work twixt winter and summer is now pretty minimal. It is fairly busy all year just with more emphasis on Long Haul in the winter it would appear to me.
