Oli, although I can see your point of view, it isn't always wise to make a name for yourself too early in your new career. I'm not suggesting that you can get in trouble for sharing your opinions, but people can take your comments out of context or take a different meaning from them. A lot of people from easyJet read this forum, including your trainers.
Your experience of new entrant training would probably be the same at most other airlines. The aviation market is cut-throat at the minute, and all airlines will want their new recruits out flying in the least possible time and with the minimum of cost.
