Real Slim you seem to be missing the point. The point is the misleading information put about by Ryanair regarding T&Cs, not to mention promises and undertakings (particularly at interview) that are not honoured.
You seem to be taking the view that the misleading statements are irrelevant if the complainant remains with Ryanair. In actual fact the purpose of the warnings is clearly to ensure that future prospects for Ryanair employment are made aware of the realities before they commit themselves. Hardly unreasonable?
