MAM Interviews Format

I've been waiting and waiting since my panel interview in Dec 2005! You guys haven't seen nothing! I know I am shortlisted but the waiting game is really killing me too.

In the one-on-one interview, I was asked something like these(Sorry I can't remember exactly because it was looong time ago!! lol)

1. Explain when you did your job below standard and how you coped with it.
2. Explain when you did your job above standard and what you think made this happen.
3. Explain your customer service job experience. What kind of customer contact did you have etc.

Probably a couple more but I really can't remember. It was very relaxed and friendly interview with two Qantas/MAM flight attendants. It went on for 30mins I think.
