Racist comment by CandyFLooPot
CandyFlooPot made what I consider a racist and offensive comment about a collegue of mine. Had this comment contained reference to colour or sexual orientation,then, I doubt that it would have been allowed to be posted. I have PM the person in question and also the moderator. The decision as to whether someone is given a job with our company, is based on their performance on the day, as regards the problem solving exercises given on the day. If the candidate did not pass all of the exercises at stage one then we are not able to continue with the day. I realise that this is very distressing for applicants at that point,however to see comments made about peoples race serves to reinforce the decission not to give that person a position with our company.
