The Toronto and New York trips are using the 777LR.
Canada allows direct flights.
USA not impressed with Pakistan security arrangements so will only allow direct flights
FROM US therefore the 777LR drops in for a fuel stop at MAN 4 times a week on it's way from KHI to JFK.
