I had one a few years ago and it wasn't like that - it was much simpler! 4 or five verbal tech questions (on the emb - not type rating stuff but things like 'this a/c has a high t-tail, what others things
must it therefore have?' ie related to its stall characteristics) and a 20 - 30 min interview including the standard 'Capt in a dress' type of questions.
If you looked like you were suffering they would help you toward the answer.
Looks like the process has changed (and why you shouldn't rely exclusively on Proon - the first to get that exam paper while expecting the above must have got a shock!
)
Interview was friendly though and don't suppose that will have changed.
Good luck to your mate
(I know Pilot Pete offers all his available info to those who have done his interview course by getting feedback from those who go to interviews - I would imagine Penny Austin would do the same) Both would appear to be money v. well spent but that is another (dozen or so) threads.
