if you have 3-5 years experience, pref. in first class, you might considet netjets, leading jet airplane private ownership company.
www.netjetseurope.com. just out of interest, i once spoke to the head of human resources for their offices here in portugal, and on average, they recieve about 60 CC CVs and about 20 flight deck crew CVs daily. i do know they're now wanting to hire quite a few pilots.
