Coltishall did indeed officially close yesterday and all of the remaining Jaguars (apart from one which went tech) had departed by 4pm. The assorted aircraft that are left at Coltishall (a Harrier, Jaguar and one or two others) are expected to leave over the next few days.
6 Squadron is now active at Coningsby with Jaguars, together with the re-formed 41 Squadron (former FWOEU) with a mix of Tornado, Harrier and (for the time being) Jaguar aircraft (with Typhoons to eventually follow).
