You are quite right that 2 aircraft do 3 flights a day where as the other one only does 2 a day (with the expeption when the IBZ starts it's weekly flights - on a saturday for all of 2 months)
The routes we have must work as the loads are normally pretty good.
As for the crew I coudln't agree more, I have been to some other bases on the network, and because of their sheer size you can go weeks with out seeing some people, where as at EMA were pretty small and most people get on with one another.
