Things are changing though, and the guys in the White House ARE really feeling the pressure now...
-Even cadets (250hrs tot) get their TR for free from FR now...
-Most people now get at least basic pay from the second they sign a contract...
-New joiners can force/negotiate better T&C than the standard contract gives...
Makes me sorry I joined in 2 years ago, missing out on everything they promised...
BUT; very important: If you can't take a joke, don't work for it!
That sadly sums things up a bit, and a lot of people are fed up with the joke...
