It seems an odd way of describing the horizontal - 180 degrees - but from there to 95 degrees is 85 degrees. Using the same logic (?) that would be almost vertical, I guess.
I know nothing about the aircraft, but wouldn't you need the wings to swivel beyond the vertical in order to have full control in the hover?
