Please dont tell me you are seriously saying that FOs shouldn't be paid more than SO's because they are getting to stay in the seat for take off and landing?
With that logic, captains should have to pay to come to work because they get more fun than everybody! They get to sit in a window seat, take off and land, and make decisions too! No ammount of money could buy that!!!
