I see it as being the same as if Virgin Atlantic came with an add saying:
"come work for us, an earn up to 100.000 GBP a year, basic sallary"
Now they would never do that, because it takes 10 years before you are on that sallary - as captain.
They would rather promise the start sallary and then tell how long it will take to advance to the good money (ok may be a bad example as Virgin is paying well to their crew in these times, but it is just meant as an example).
Unfortunately, company's like Ryanair don't give a **** about anyone or anything, including there own employees, so why bother if they are lying a bit - But what is the news in that.
I hope PPRUNE is letting them pay big money for fake commercials, and not sponsoring it for free.
