I fell at that hurdle, was given a resit, passed, got the job, a change in personal circumstances meant I could not join at the time they offered, re-applied the year after, failed the maths as usual, told to go forth and multiply.
So on one ocasion I was good enough to start employment with them and then not. They have no idea how to recruit the right people, just look on board, as a passenger I feel unsafe, God knows what 3 people with less than 2 years experience between them would do in a catastrophe. I think easyJet so far have been lucky, but one day it will happen and God help the crew and passengers.
I know, Teachin, its crazy. Isnt it somethin like a 92% pass rate? Its daft!
