The original Boeing CBT's are well worth looking for - very concise.
These guys have a pretty good selection of 737 CBT software:

While I haven't tried the Boeing items from CPAT, I found their A320 CBT to be an excellent learning tool.
Information migrated from computer screen and speakers to the brain quite nicely and painlessly.
