Just two corrections. It wasn't a Direct Entry Captain roadshow. While that may have been one of the goals, it was also to attract qualified F.O.s. Also, the roadshow was not a complete interview. The people who were successful in the sim/tech quiz will be invited to Dubai for the remainder of the interview. That may be the number you are hearing. I'm sticking with my prediction of 20 to 30 max, including F.O.s.
