Hi,this is Mrs Rainbow, i am ex BMI and BA (yes it realy does stand for Bloody Awful), anyway i too went to Cardiff for an open day and i have to say it was so refreshing to see genuine, friendly and welcoming members of staff. i totally enjoyed my day there and i told them so. i am still waiting to hear if i have been accepted but i realy hope i have because i got great vibes from all of the guys working there and certainly did not see anyone treated any differently to myself. dare i say, behaviour breeds behaviour, just because you may have worked for one or several airlines for however many years, it does not mean that your are automatically better than the next person for the job and should be accepted!!!
