Orient Thai in Bangkok seems to be looking regularly for both seats. Vega Aviation, an agency in Macau, was recently advertising for MD80 captains for an unnamed Asian carrier.
Check all the agency websites. Not a lot of MD80 jobs when compared to other airplane types. Good luck in the hunt.
