If you think the April rosters are bad, just wait until May and June. There is no way that the existing crew numbers on the Bus fleets can complete the required schedule.
There are also increasing numbers of guys falling over the hard 900 hour limit, which can only make matters more interesting as each month fewer pilots are actually available to fly. Great way to head into summer. Just watch the sick leave head sky high.
By the way, don't bank on the Chief Pilot lifting his finger to help - he ain't interested. He's too busy processing the 25 pilot applications per day.
