having just done a number of engine off's of various descriptions whilst testing line pilots I can tell you that I heard the low RRPM horn fine everytime in the jetranger whilst wearing an Eagle Alpha with ANR from headset services. Mind you not all 206's have low RPM horns so do remember to check them in the checks and that will also reassure you that the ANR is not masking anything.
