If I allow myself to start I will never get to bed tonight.
I am heartened to hear there are so many BA colleagues who are passionate about their T & C's and are willing to stand up for their rights.
As someone who can a feel their pension disappearing into the quicksand of WW's plans along side her job in terminal 5 (soon to be replaced by a programmable machine) I really hope we get a better deal.
I do not have half as much to lose, to be honest my BA pension forecast is
rather rubbish, but it is still my rubbish that I work hard for and signed up to when I joined 9 years ago.
I am tired of being told that I should be grateful for a job and say goodbye to everything else.
Those of you who watch from the sidelines might consider how hard it is to deliver service with a smile
24 hours a day whilst a mad man is running around behind your back smashing up your work life with his giant anti- union and anti-employee sledgehammer.
Pensions could and should be seen as a way to attract and retain excellent calibre staff.
Not whilst Willie Wonka is around that is for sure.....
