What a load of C+++P. Most BA pilots retire at 55 and then continue in another Company for 5-10 years. I 'retired' at 60 and continued to fly to 65. i finally retired cos I had had enough and didn't want to go onto I structing at a flying club. IT IS A PERSONNEL DECISION.
