The cheapest turbine to operate HAS to be an Agusta Bell 206 as you can get spares for less than half the price of Bell parts, or even cheaper !!!
( in fact outside of USA and Canada you can fit Agusta parts onto Bell helicopters ) I would say you can operate one , if you have access to these parts, for less than an R44.
