Apparently, their training/SOP's are based on JQ procedures.
So why wouldn't they use FCOM? All A3xx ratings are the same but do J* know better?
I have used the Alteon sim a while back and they were FCOM then.
I dont know who owns the facility now but to reject business does not make sense.
