According to this unverified source, it's approximately 650m long. This figure seems consistant with an estimation using the satellite image in my earlier post.

CAA Ammendments for Edition 30 of the Southern England chart warn of the nearby Gerpins Farm strip, effective from 2nd August 2005 - this may be that strip visible 3 fields to the left on the above satellite image.
GERPINS FARM aerodrome at position 513153N 0001352E - elevation 30 (Note - this site is very near Damyns Hall aerosite)
