As you are aware, Filipinos have the reputation as being the cheapest home servants in the world.
The truth is though, whomever employs them soon realises that the old saying of "You get only what you pay for." is very true.

Are you not aware that most of the Big businesses in the country are controlled by the chinese? even Philippine airlines is owned by a Chinese,And I believed that they did found out that indeed it is a better condition to be in the Philippines rather in China. So whats your point then? Are you telling us not to be happy on what we have right now? How can we base our salaries to your salaries, when in fact we don't get this pay back home.
