well i am one of them as well who got a 6 month contract with ba...generally ba doesnt have a policy with temps but it happens when they need to fill their gaps and its cheaper and faster to train new crew instead of trasferring existing one from other bases....hopefully all we can do is hope and pray that we ll get kept on...if you dont upset anyone...your attendances are good then i dont see why they would want to get rid of you...well thats my opinion of course before everyone starts to jump on me....hahaha
