Looking at AN's ops manual, and the manner in which the ops requirements were written, a big part of the reason is some - - - - - self annointed beaurecratic half wit was trying to justify his own position. Talk about restrictive practices, and nothing whatever to do with safety and commercial practicality.....
You are obviously way out of your depth when it comes to rules & regs which is clearly demonstrated by your comments above. If you had half a brain you would understand Air Ngu's ops manual had everything to do with safety. Why anyone who had just lost their job would be "having a quiet chuckle in his beer" is beyond me.

Naturally you'd agree with anyone who put the boot into the Company you left yet tried so desperately to get back into, but rejected you. I find it highly amusing you overlook the irony of yourself and commercial practicality. What's commercially viable about a flight that has reached 75% of its payload when only the pilot's weight is taken into account?

Karma is alive and well, particularly in aviation.
