i work for tom at the moment and i'm off to ba, different people want diferent things in life and it's for lots of reasons that i am going the way i am.
however, i have submitted chirp reports that are inumerable, i feel tui are running the business into a new, cheap, bottom end of the market era and i don't like it. as an employee i don't feel valued, i don't feel safe, i don't feel like i am anything other than an expendable number. training was a farce and the management seem intent on business destructive descisions.
i can honestly say that although i have very good staff concessios i haven't used them for a long time as i do not consider the service/safey good enough to offer my family and have always travelled with touchdown or the like. i can put my hand on my heart and say that there are intrinsi c changes that need to be made with by before they come accross serious problems.
