A budding young pilot of my acquaintance has asked me for some help with filling in the forms prior to his medical.
When he was a child, he suffered from short-term compulsive behaviour problems (linked with undiagnosed dyslexia and problems at school) which were treated by a few visits to a psychologist. All this is on his medical records of course and he is wondering what exactly he should tell the CAA (on the form) and whether it will matter - it was 12 years ago.
He is totally fine now but is worried that what he says might affect the outcome of the medical and his future career.
Any help or just your thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated.
